Cancellations / Reschedule:
This is a tough one. You reserved the appointment slot and we really, really want to photograph your listing!! We understand that things happen, and our best plans can change. However, when you book an appointment, we reserve that time specifically for you. Reschedule requests or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a $75 fee. Additionally, if access to the property is refused at the door or the property is not prepared for the shoot, a $100 fee will be charged.

Travel Fee:
For properties located outside our standard service area, a travel fee may be applied to your invoice. Typically, an additional $100 is charged for shore property listings (depending on services/packages ordered).

Image Usage and Rights:
The images we create are specifically licensed for your use to market your listing until it either sells or the listing expires. While you have full marketing rights, please note that you do not own the images themselves. These images are protected under copyright law and remain the property of Steve Edwards. They cannot be sold, transferred, or shared with other agents or individuals for any reason.
